Welcome to the Holmes County Art Directory!

The directory is divided in the following categories:

Categories are listed by priority. Listings under each category are listed alphabetically.

To assist in browsing the directory, we would like to *briefly* explain the logic behind the categories. Please note that if you feel you are mis-classified, we will gladly move your listing.

• Artists :: Art Studios

This category gives an exclusive division for independent artists and their respective art studios. This is the focus of the initiative. We strive to keep this category as “lean” as possible, with the hopes that it will lend itself to greater recognition for the artists and their work. 

• Art Supplies :: Workshops :: Networking

This category is the second priority of the initiative: helping artists within the community in their mediums. We’re hoping this category continues to grow, and we welcome suggestions!

• Attractions :: Museums :: General Galleries

The secondary aim of the initiative is to promote the area as an artistic force, and through listing museums and general galleries, give mid Ohio locals & tourists venues to explore the arts & the area’s unique art history.

• Shopping :: Antiques :: Locally Made Goods

The final aim of the directory is the promotion of local business that supports the arts and sustainable growth through locally made goods. Antiques also provide a historic framework for the culture that inspires our artists daily.
